No, I do not agree with the death penalty the reason that I do not agree is because, it is unfair and unjust and too many times has this procedure failed. Instead we can have these people do work for free labor instead of having immigrants come over and work for us ,and we can always have free work. All of these prisoners with a life sentence must be under very good guard and care to ensure they do not escape, and they are treated as real people and not slaves. This procedure can continue for at lease five years since we know that the economy needs to be rebuilt and since there is no money to be given out we still need our nation to grow and flourish, which will be what the workers do until the economy grows. In the event that, that does not occur you can have these prisoners engage in a higher education program where they learn a trade or receive a higher education so that they can perhaps educate the youth on what not to do so that they do not go to jail. Next, you can have a mentoring program that gives the youth of America a real idea of what it is really like in jail and also you can have the prisoners educate the youth on what went wrong to cause them to be where they are today.
